Elif Aytekin

Elif Aytekin is an Istanbul-based international arbitration and dispute resolution lawyer with more than six years of experience at leading arbitration practices in Turkey. She holds an LL.M. in Private Law from Koç University on a full scholarship and a dual LL.B. degree from Marmara University, providing her with a strong academic foundation.

Her areas of expertise include international commercial and investment arbitration, GAFTA & FOSFA commodity arbitration, maritime law, and international trade. She represents and advises clients in complex and high-value disputes conducted under the rules of ICC, ICSID, SIAC, DIAC, LCIA, and ISTAC.
